due to covid-19 and IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY, All sales are final. We will only accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect item was shipped.

I received the wrong item or size. now what?

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us via email within 7 days of item arrival.  Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly with your instructions for exchanging the item. your item must be returned to us in its original condition. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

the post office lost my package…

we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or goods damaged in transit, but are happy to provide tracking information to assist with your claim.

I provided the wrong address and my package was returned…

returned packages due to incorrect/undeliverable address provided by customer will incur additional reshipping fee.
